Everyone has a right to FREE QUALITY EDUCATION and HEALTHCARE. And when, in any country/society, you begin to place a premium cost on those two, such that only the rich and famous can afford them, you reveal (similar to how we doctors see SIGNS in sick people), that you no longer value LIFE in that country, but money and comfort. You reveal your sickness as a civilization.
Anyone can be a prodigy, whether the child of the rich or the poor.
Anyone can be given talents by God to benefit humanity. Education and Health must not be prioritised only for the rich and famous. All lives matter.
[And those governments who purposely make quality Health and Education unaffordable/inaccessible for EVERY SINGLE HUMAN BEING within their region, of course, will be judged for it.]

A NATIONAL SECURITY CRISIS EVENTUALLY
Moreover, the work of both the Government and the NGOS/Religious institutions/Pastors is also to ensure that people don’t indiscriminately have unprotected sex and live promiscuous lives, as to bring humans into the world that will not be valued or taken care of by either the government/society or their parents.
And if the government cannot properly take care of a certain number of citizens, then IT MUST INSTRUCT those citizens not to give birth indiscriminately. The government should enforce it on people to plan their families as a matter of NATIONAL SECURITY, as much as of ‘controlled economic growth’. To refuse to do this, they will have a moral, economic, and national security crisis…just a matter of time.
