
As Nigeria Muslims join their counterparts all over the world to mark the festival of Eid el-kabir, An APC chieftain and grassroots politician, Prince Ayodeji Abass-Aleshinloye, MDII felicitates with the Muslim Community on the celebration of the eid-el-kabir.
In a Sallah Message on Thursday made available to journalists through his media office, Aleshinloye urged Nigerians to continue promoting peace, unity and understanding among all citizens.
“As we celebrate Eid-el-kabir, may the spirit of sacrifice, compassion, and gratitude guide us. I pray that the blessings of Allah continue to shine upon us. I commend the Muslim community for their devotion and resilience.”
The ex Algon chairman in Oyo state called on the Muslim faithful to use the Eid-el-kabir celebrations to re-dedicate themselves to peace, security, friendship and practise the virtue of Islam as professed by Prophet Mohammad (SAW) and demonstrated in his sacrificial obedience to all the tenets of Islam.
The former Oluyole local government Chairman encouraged Moslems to embrace the spirit of empathy and charity by reaching out to the less privileged and people of other faiths during this festive season as a way of enhancing bonds of friendship and brotherhood that promote tolerance, peace and solidarity.
The deputy national chairman NALGON EMERITUS urged Nigerians to use the joyous occasion to pray for our leaders and the peace, progress and socio-economic development of our dear country.
“What is needed by all Nigerians is patience and full support for President Bola Tinubu regime to be able to accelerate the pace of progress and the desired comprehensive development of Nigeria.”
