The Senior Pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre, Dr Paul Enenche, and his wife, Dr Becky Enenche, have empowered 100 people with agribusiness training and resources aimed at helping them establish sustainable livelihoods.
The beneficiaries are part of Batch A of the church’s Entrepreneurship Agribusiness Training Programme, designed to equip participants with practical farming skills and entrepreneurial knowledge.
Enenche disclosed the initiative during the church’s Thanksgiving and Testimony Service on Sunday, according to a statement issued by the church’s media unit.
He said each of the beneficiaries would be provided with at least one hectare of farmland to enable them to begin their agricultural ventures after completing the training.
“Each of them will have at least one hectare of farmland to start farming,” Enenche said.
The cleric added that the beneficiaries would also receive monthly financial support until their farm produce was ready for harvest.
“We will also support them with monthly stipends until the time their produce is ready for harvest,” he stated.
According to Enenche, about N500,000 was spent on the training of each participant, underscoring the scale of the investment in the empowerment programme.
The beneficiaries graduated from the C.S.S. Farm and Skills Acquisition Centre located along the Keffi-Abuja Road.
Enenche said the programme was established to provide participants with practical agricultural knowledge and sustainable means of livelihood while encouraging entrepreneurship and self-reliance.
He noted that the initiative formed part of the church’s broader commitment to economic empowerment, youth development, entrepreneurship and increased agricultural productivity.
The programme was fully sponsored by Pastor Paul Enenche, his wife, Dr Becky Enenche, and the Dunamis International Gospel Centre.
The initiative combines the church’s spiritual activities with practical empowerment programmes aimed at helping beneficiaries acquire skills and resources that can support their economic independence.
